    Thank you for your insightful comment, Shadi! You're absolutely right-recognition marks an important milestone, but the journey of nursing excellence is ongoing.
     
    As Sigma nurses, we sustain excellence by embracing lifelong learning, prioritizing patient safety, and fostering a culture of mutual support. We encourage each other to reflect, innovate, and lead by example every day. Achievements inspire us, but it's our daily commitment to our values and each other that truly defines our impact.
     
    How do others in our community continue striving for excellence after reaching new milestones? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
